I'm Issam Kechouri, a French director, DOP, and editor based in Tokyo for the past 8 years.

I come from a background in documentary and visual storytelling, with a focus on people, places, and the emotions that connect them.

Before settling in Japan, I worked in France at the international news channel Euronews, then in Canada with Moment Factory, where I collaborated on large-scale concert shows and immersive productions for international artists and cultural institutions.

Now based in Asia, I move between documentary work, architectural films, and branded content, always with the same intention: to observe honestly, film with sensitivity, and let people breathe on camera.

I’ve had the chance to work with clients such as Fendi, UNIQLO, Louis Vuitton, and Adidas, but also with individuals, designers, and artists who share the same care for detail and meaning.
